Break was really good. Nice and relaxing just what I needed. Christmas was fun with the family. Also watching basically non-stop football on New Years Day was a blast. Also over break I finally found a job, I am working at Aurora Pond it is a retirement home which I am a Dishwasher. Now back to school where we basically have one week to prepare for the final exams. Then Seniors are hopefully done with exams for there High School career.

The Detroit Lions add on to there losing streak with a 31-21 loss to the Colts on Sunday. Which puts there record at 0-14.

But in the midst of losing all of these games Lions are gaining for the future. How well by getting the first draft pick and being able to play the guys that normally sit the bench.

Don’t forget to watch the Lions verse the Saints on Sunday to see if they go 0-15.

Michigan

On Saturday, Michigan took on #4Duke at home and beat them 81-73.

Pistons

The Detroit Pistons face-off against the Philadelphia 76ers tonight. This will be the first meeting against the two teams when Allen Iverson joined the Pistons. Iverson was in Philadelphia for 10 years of his career in which he produced most of the points for the 76ers. With Allen Iverson starting the Pistons don’t have a great record but he produces what he can with Rodney Stuckey coming off the bench.

The game starts at 8:00pm at The Palace Of Auburn Hills.

Monday Night Football turned out to be a record setting night with the most points scored. Saints pulled out a stunning victory over the Packers 51-29. Drew Brees had a great performance with 323-yards passing and 4 TD’s.

Just wait until thursday for somemore great football games.

The Detroit Pistons faced-off verse the Cleveland Cavaliers last night and ruined Clevelands 8-0 winning streak with a 96-89 victory. Holding Lebron James to only 25-points the Pistons defense shows there talent again. Leading scorers for Detroit was Allen Iverson with 23-points and 4-steals and Rasheed Wallace with 21-points and 15-rebounds. Pistons take on the Celtics tonight at 8:00pm.

The Detroit Pistons traveled to the Lakers for their third game of a four game West Coast road trip.

Pistons going into playing the Lakers which are the only undefeated team in the NBA. Detroit was considered the underdog. Leading the Pistons to a stunning victory over the Lakers were Rasheed with 25 points and 13 rebounds, and Allen Iverson with 25 points. It was the eighth win out of the last ten meetings.

U of M starts out 2-0 with Manny Harris leading the team in points with the first game having a career high 30-points and the second having 27-points. The Wolverines could have good things happen this season with having everyone return and the Big Ten not being as strong as they have been before.

Look forward in seeing Michigan play in the Tournament this year.

The Michigan Wolverines will be going to Minnesota this saturday to defend the Little Brown Jug. After a shocking loss on the last drive from the Purdue Boilermakers on the hook-n-ladder play with 1:20 left.

If Michigan can win this saturday it would give confidence to the young players but in-order too win the Wolverines would have to have the perfection on offense like they did verse Purdue. GO BLUE!!!!
